Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Technical Problems

If you experience technical problems when trying to access the information or assessments that you purchase our support team will endeavour to resolve them for you. If we are unable to then you will receive a full refund.


Refund Policy

The Leadership Academy refund policy complies with the and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 that relate to distance selling. These Regulations apply, subject to regulation 6, to distance contracts other than excepted contracts - such as business contracts. All business contracts are subject to our normal terms and conditions.

A cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of services to consumers of 7 days to allow a cooling off period. During this time you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund. You don’t need to give a reason to cancel your purchase. If you do decide to cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation.


Refund Conditions

All access to The Leadership Academy website is governed by a username and password that you determine. The username and password is part of a system which protects the security of the resource and enables The Leadership Academy to monitor usage by any individual.

When a refund request is received, The Leadership Academy reserves the right to track the usage by an individual (through his/her username and password) of:

No refund will be granted if The Leadership Academy has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the information or assessments that they purchased. The Leadership Academy reserves the right to charge a handling fee (10% of the original fee).

Refunds Following Cancellation

If you do cancel your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period then we will refund your payment. If you paid by credit or debit card from our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means then your refund will be made by cheque, this will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
