      Managing Change

      Who is this for?

      Anyone in a leadership/managment role or aspiring to a leadership/managment role up to and including operational levels, currently active or likely to be active in the implementation of change to their area of responsibility, or anyone interested in the concept of 'Change Management'.

      This module has been designed to provide the underpinning knowledge requirements for the 'change' units at levels 3 and 5 in the National Standards for Managements, notably units: C1, C5, C6.
