    If you are a Senior Manager with significant responsibility across the organisation then this programme is for you.

    The programme will provide you with underpinning knowledge you need to manage resources, information and activities and to lead people effectively and efficiently.  It will also enable you to "benchmark" your competence against the National Standards of Management.

  • Unit B3(M) - Implement a strategic business plan, Level 7, 8 credits

    Unit-B3

    The strategic leader knows where the organisation is heading.  This unit guides, supports and assesses the organisation’s strategic plan and direction.  It covers the external environments and impending  changes, integrating them into a coherent plan for delivery to all staff.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B7(M) - Develop strategic direction and leadership, Level 7, 10 credits

    B7

    This unit enables the strategic leader to ‘benchmark’ their leadership behaviour and ability to move the organisation forward.  The strategic view means that staff at all levels are effectively led and achieve the organisation’s plans.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit C4(M) - Lead change in an organisation, Level 7, 9 credits

    Unit-C4

    Change is constant for every organisation and every leader.  Change should be carefully considered, planned and implemented efficiently and effectively and this doesn't happen by chance.  This unit enable the leader to review their performance in this area.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B4(O) - Put a strategic business plan into action, Level 7, 8 credits

    Unit-B4

    Once the strategic plan has been developed it must be put into action, with full implementation and evaluation processes in place.  This unit allows the leader to review their performance in this area.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit F12(O) - Improve organisational performance, Level 7, 10 credits

    Unit-F12

    Strategic leaders have a responsibility to ensure the organisation continually improves its performance.  The ability to work through others at all levels is a critical skill and this unit measures the leader’s performance in this area.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B8a(O) - Establish policies and procedures, Level 7, 8 credits

    Unit-B8a

    All organisations must comply with a range of requirements relevant to their sector and operation.  It is the responsibility of the leader to ensure that compliance is ongoing.  This unit will enable the leader to measure compliance at every level of the organisation.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.
