    • This unit will enable you to review and develop where required an operational plan for your work area.  It will allow you to step back and identify goals and targets, which you will use for evaluating how well you and your team are doing.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B6(M) - Provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility, Level 4, 5 Credits

    • Effective leadership is the key issue for any good team and organisational performance.  This unit will help you determine how well you are performing as a leader. It's a very practical approach and you will be able to identify any areas for improvements as well as ensuring you are clearly and appropiately focussed.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit C5(M) - Plan change in own area of responsibility, Level 5, 6 Credits

    • All managers/leaders are continually challenged in this area of people and relationships.  This unit allows you to step back and review your relationships at all levels – seniors, colleagues and team members and other stake holders – identifying what you may need to improve.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B8b(O) - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements, Level 4, 6 Credits

    Unit B8b - Ensure Compliance with Requirements-i

    • All organisations develop procedures and processes, to ensure they continually comply with the necessary legislation, regulations and ethical requirements.  This unit enables the manager/leader to identify the current/future requirements and the level of their work performance against these requirements.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit C6(O) - implement change in own area of responsibility, Level 4, 6 Credits

    Unit C6 - Implement Change In Own Area

    • Implementing change is crucial for any manger/leader!  Without change, an organisation will lose its market position and possibly its life.  This unit is often completed together with unit C5, 'Plan Change'. This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.
