  • Unit A2(M) - Manage own professional develpment within an organisation, Level 3, 4 credits

    Unit-A2i

    • This unit enables you to review and improve your personal time and priority management.  You will develop a clear personal development plan by identifying where you are now and where you want to be in the next 2 to 5 years.  Specific relevant learning and development activities will be identified and actioned.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B5/D5 (M) - Plan, allocate and monitor the work of a team and set objectives, Level 3, 10 credits

    This unit emphasises the teams approach to planning, allocating and monitoring work.  Setting objectives and communicating work requirements to the whole team is crucial for effective performance.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.  A key issue for every leader is the ability to agree and set clear objectives for their team and individual team members, to provide the required support and to monitor progress.  This unit allows the leader to review their performance in this area.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit A1(O) - Manage personal development, Level 2, 4 Credits

    • Leadership skills are crucial!  This unit enables the leader to identify, plan and implement training and development activities relevant to their professional development as leaders.  This course includes national accreditation of an individual management unit via completion and assessment of the unit and portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B6(O) - Provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility, Level 4, 5 Credits

    Unit-B6i

    • Effective leadership is the key issue for any good team and organisational performance.  This unit will help you determine how well you are performing as a leader. It's a very practical approach and you will be able to identify any areas for improvements as well as ensuring you are clearly and appropiately focussed.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit B8b(O) - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, eithical and social requirements, Level 4, 5 Credits

    • All organisations develop procedures and processes, to ensure they continually comply with the necessary legislation, regulations and ethical requirements.  This unit enables the manager/leader to identify the current/future requirements and the level of their work performance against these requirements.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.

  • Unit C1(O) - Support team members in identifying, developing and implementing new ideas, Level 3, 4 Credits

    Unit-C1i

    • Innovation is crucial for the well-being of any team and organisation.  It’s also necessary to encourage people at all levels to identify and discuss improvements that could be made.  They will need help, guidance and support and this unit allows the manager/leader to review their performance in this area.  This course includes national accreditation of the unit and a portfolio of evidence online.
